General terms and conditions


 

By accessing, browsing, using and making a booking on the PHOENIX Design Rooms website, you agree that you have read and understood the following terms and conditions (including the privacy statement) and agree to be bound by them.

General rules:
2.1 These “General Business Conditions” regulate the use of the Service Provider’s accommodation and services.

Special, individual terms and conditions do not form part of the published General Terms and Conditions, but do not preclude the conclusion of separate agreements with travel agents, organizers, sometimes with different conditions depending on the type of business.

Contractor:
3.1 The services provided by the Service Provider are used by the Guest.

3.2 If the Guest submits the order for the services directly to the Service Provider, the Guest is the Contracting Party. The Service Provider and the Guest together – if the conditions are met – become contractual parties (hereinafter Parties).

3.3 If the order for the services is submitted to the Service Provider by a third party (hereinafter referred to as the Intermediary) on behalf of the Guest, the conditions of cooperation are regulated by the contract concluded between the Service Provider and the Intermediary. In this case, the Service Provider is not obliged to examine whether the third party legally represents the Guest.

Method and conditions of using the Service:
4.1. The Service Provider sends an offer to the Guest’s request for an offer sent orally or in writing. If no specific order is received within 48 hours of sending the offer, the Service Provider’s termination of the offer is terminated.

4.2. The Contract is concluded with the written or oral confirmation of the Guest’s reservation sent by the Service Provider, and thus qualifies as a Contract concluded in writing.
An oral reservation, agreement, modification or its verbal confirmation by the Service Provider is not of contract value.

The order must include the name and address of the Guest, the exact time of arrival and departure, the room type and the exact name of the services (meal, package, program).

4.3. The contract for the use of the accommodation service is for a specified period. If the Guest leaves the room permanently before the expiry of the specified period, the Service Provider is entitled to 100 per cent of the consideration for the non-downloaded service.

The Service Provider is entitled to resell the room vacated before the expiration date.

4.4. Change order

4.4.1. It is possible to transfer an already finalized and confirmed reservation to another date or to change the number of staff depending on the available capacity as follows:

2000 HUF / room / occasion for 15 days before arrival
within 14-2 days before arrival 3,000 HUF / room / occasion
will be charged 100% of the first day of the original booking before arrival or on the day of arrival, the change fee will be according to point 4.4.3
4.4.2. For our regular guests (who have visited us at least twice), 1 change per booking is free for 15 days before arrival.

4.4.3. In the case of individual offers, the conditions for modification in the offer shall apply

Hospitality
5.1. Meals are not included in the room rate and cannot be ordered.

Guests have access to two fully equipped kitchens and a dining area where they can store, prepare and consume their food and drinks. The guest is obliged to tidy up the kitchen and wash the used utensils.

5.2. Individual catering needs can be arranged by prior arrangement

Cancellation of the service:
6.1. The Guest undertakes to inform the hotel in writing of any cancellation, modification or any other change to the services ordered by him prior to the start of the service.

6.2. If the Guest does not arrive or does not cancel his order by the appropriate deadline, he must pay a penalty of the following percentages of the fee for the ordered service (but at least the 1-day room price included in the order):

without cancellation costs until the advance payment deadline

30 days before arrival: 10% of the total booking fee

until the 8th day before arrival: 30% of the total booking fee

from the 7th day before arrival until arrival: 100% of the total booking fee

The Service Provider may deviate downwards from the amount of the cancellation fee depending on the consideration of the circumstances.

6.3. In the case of a group order, the cancellation conditions will be recorded at the time of the individual transaction.
